In a context marked by the widespread fragility of urban regeneration policies, this paper documents three interventions carried out since 2017 in the municipality of San Donà di Piave, aimed at the recovery and reactivation of disused workspaces. The projects—a gastronomic laboratory created within a former office space, a water cistern converted into a cultural center, and a factory reimagined as a fair and multipurpose venue—address different scales and programs while sharing a common strategy of sensitive, open, and multiscalar transformation. Through flexible spatial devices and a careful dialogue with the memory of the sites, the architectures developed by the ETB studio interpret the existing productive heritage as a latent resource, capable of triggering new social, cultural, and economic processes in service of the city.
