Four cases of different forms of ocular toxocariasis and their clinical histories are described in detail. The authors researched specific antibodies to Toxocara canis through ELISA and RAST both on aqueous humour and serum. Therapy is also discussed: two patients were treated with corticosteroids associated with anthelmintic drugs (Thiabendazole), one patient was treated with only thiabendazole and, in one case, only corticosteroids were given.
