The authors describe an unusual case of bilateral optic neuritis in a young woman with systemic sarcoidosis. The anterior segment, IOP, and fundus examinations were normal. All the other orbital structures were also normal. NMR was negative. The Gallium 67 scans showed different orbital uptakes in several examinations.
