The Authors propose a methodology aimed at an improvement in the collection technique of residue of "gun powder"in respect ot the usual "paraffin glove"and also aimed at the recognition and the essay of elements by means of Neutron activation Analysis. The method is based on the use of a vulcanizable suilicon rubber at room temperature (RTV M533, hardner T35), which is capable of subtracting the traces of the characteristic elements of the shot, with recouvery a 100 times better than the usual "paraffin". Silicon rubber, which can be spread in very thin layer, can produce mouldings of reduced dimensions and small weights (1-3 g). These mouldings can be analysed in their totality, explioting the characteristics of the nuclear reactor in the best experimental conditions.
Gli AA. propongono una tecnica per il prelievo di tracce di residui di "polvere da sparo" dai tegumenti. Essa si basa sull'impiego di una massa siliconica vulcanizzabile a temperatura ambiente (RTV M533, reticolante T35), la quale si dimostra idonea ad asportare le tracce degli elementi caratteristici dello sparo in misura 100 volte superiore a quella della classica "paraffina". Inoltre, il "guanto di silicone" è, per le sue ridotte dimensioni e peso, analizzabile in toto ed in condizioni strumentali ottimali mediante "attivazione neutronica".
