Abstract
Cell suspension cultures of Helianthus annuus L., obtained by cotyledon callus, were characterised on growth and on thiophene production, in light and dark conditions. Cell cultures were found to produce relative large amounts of thiophenes. The thiophene production was high in continuous light conditions of culture and in relation to a low rate of growth.File in questo prodotto:
