Abstract
The antiallergic activity of a series of 1,6-dihydro-6-oxo-2-phenylpyrimidine agents has been quantitatively analysed in terms of the Free-Wilson and Hansch approaches. The results of such analyses show that activities, in this series of compounds, depend in a parabolic way on the overall lipophilicity of the substituents and mainly on the capability of the molecules of forming an intramolecular hydrogen bond.File in questo prodotto:
