The paper analyses insolvency in public residential housing through the case of Acer Ferrara, highlighting the structural causes of the phenomenon and its social impact. The research, based on quantitative and qualitative data, shows how job insecurity, economic fragility and lack of social support fuel insolvency. Management strategies and proximity policies to mitigate the problem are discussed, highlighting the need for a more inclusive housing welfare.
Il lavoro analizza l'insolvenza nell'edilizia residenziale pubblica attraverso il caso dell'Acer Ferrara, evidenziando le cause strutturali del fenomeno e il suo impatto sociale. La ricerca, basata su dati quantitativi e qualitativi, mostra come la precarietà del lavoro, la fragilità economica e la mancanza di sostegno sociale alimentino l'insolvenza. Vengono discusse le strategie di gestione e le politiche di prossimità per mitigare il problema, evidenziando la necessità di un welfare abitativo più inclusivo.
