Gli insegnamenti della Corte costituzionale nella sentenza n. 192/2024. Quale lezione per le riforme locali? [The lessons of the Constitutional Court in its judgment No. 192/2024. What lessons for local reforms?]

The contribution aims to provide some reflections on sentence no. 192/2024 of the Constitutional Court, going beyond the issues more strictly pertaining to differentiated regionalism. Starting from the analysis of the preamble to the motivation of the pronouncement, the article therefore formulates some considerations on the possible lessons that State and Regions could draw from it in view of the now all too long awaited local reform.

Con il contributo ci si prefigge di fornire alcune riflessioni sulla sentenza n. 192/2024 della Corte costituzionale andando oltre le questioni più strettamente afferenti al regionalismo differenziato. Muovendo dall’analisi della premessa alla motivazione in diritto della pronuncia, nell’articolo si formulano pertanto alcune considerazioni sulle possibili lezioni che lo Stato e le Regioni potrebbero ricavarne, in vista dell’ormai fin troppo attesa riforma delle autonomie locali.
