While examining the legitimacy of Law no. 86/2024, the Constitutional Court takes the opportunity to paint a great fresco of the Italian decentralized State, masterfully reconstructing the trajectory of regionalism and trying to compose multifaceted needs within a unitary framework. The Court proposes to the parties involved a systematic, generative, and conciliatory perspective of the "Republic of autonomies", which leaves everyone satisfied and, at the same time, unfulfilled.

While examining the legitimacy of Law no. 86/2024, the Constitutional Court takes the opportunity to paint a great fresco of the Italian decentralized State, masterfully reconstructing the trajectory of regionalism and trying to compose multifaceted needs within a unitary framework.
