Regioni ed energia: questioni aperte e prospettive future [Regions and energy: Open issues and future prospects]

The essay takes up the insights offered by the contributions of the Regional Observatories of the journal, and addresses the subject of energy between state and regional competences. Two profiles are explored: the Renewable Energy Communities, and the implementation choices of the various Regions; the dimension of the State-Regions conflict, with particular reference to the location of RES plants.

Il saggio muove dagli spunti offerti dalle ricerche compiuti a livello regionale e pubblicati sul medesimo numero della rivista, per una riflessione sul ruolo delle Regioni con riferimento alla materia dell'energia. E ciò sotto due profili in particolare: la disciplina delle Comunità energetiche rinnovabili; e la conflittualità tra diversi livelli di governo sotto diversi profili della legislazione speciale.
