The Key note intervention proposed a critical reading of the Mannheim's Connection project-process through the prism of circular resources management. The presentation illustrated methods, mind-sets and esthetic choices enabling circular protocols for the recycling of local resources, the shortening of productive chains, the enhancement of local resources. The presentation was structured in three scalar perspective, dealing with Territorial perspectives, urban and architectural ones.
