Diritto all'intimità e prospettive femministe. Oltre la dicotomia pubblico/privato

This essay, starting with Silvina Alvarez Medina’s book, briefly addresses three issues concerning contemporary reconfigurations of the private sphere. Firstly, it will focus on the overcoming of the public/private distinction and thus on the potential of the notion of intimacy. Then, some considerations will be devoted to the possible legal-feminist readings of the principle of harm, and subsequently to the relevance of the liberty/responsibility nexus in the redefinition of the private sphere.
