Complexity characterizes contemporary law, which works through the articulation of sources of several origins and authoritativeness in an unstructured, fragmentary, fluid context with a network frame. In this scenario, soft law becomes relevant. It produces a relativization of the principle of typicity of the forms, The legal order exists in the relationship that connects multiple normative acts, diversely binding.
