Despite any caution, the pandemic phenomenon proved to be an uncommon theoretical detonator/trigger. One of those (hyper)objects, capable of placing reflection before scenarios which are hardly visible within a “normal” context. The pandemic hyperobject revealed itself as a unique opportunity to test the historical-epochal juncture within which we are thrown. Inspired by the “Almost Storming of Capitol Hill” of January 2021, this paper aims to sketch an emerging phenomenon that I have called idio-verse or post-reality. In this phenomenon I see one of the most significant legacies of the pandemic event. I will develop a three-step argument related to the presentation of three concrete cases: 1) “the Capitol Hill case” or the epiphany of idioverse; 2) “the No Vax Galaxy case” or the reality of idioverse; 3) “the Metaverse case” or the prophecy of idioverse.
Malgrado gli snobismi e le cautele, il fenomeno pandemico si è rivelato un detonatore/innesco teorico non comune. Uno di quegli (iper)oggetti capaci di porre la riflessione di fronte a scenari difficilmente visibili in un contesto "normale". L'iperoggetto pandemia si è rivelato un'occasione unica per testare la congiuntura storico-epocale nella quale siamo gettati. Ispirato dal "Quasi assalto a Capitol Hill" del gennaio 2021, questo articolo si propone di delineare un fenomeno emergente, che ho chiamato idio-verso o post-realtà. In questo fenomeno ho scorto una delle eredità più significative dell'evento pandemico. Svilupperò un'argomentazione in tre fasi legata alla presentazione di tre casi concreti: 1) "il caso Capitol Hill" ovvero l'epifania dell'idioverso; 2) "il caso Galassia No Vax" ovvero la realtà dell'idioverso; 3) "il caso Metaverse" ovvero la profezia dell'idioverso.
