The project offers a nature-based landscape solution to organize the project of Piazza d'Armi. Ecotone prairies, and diversified treatment allows to transform the area, while keeping mantainance costs reduced. The theater is conceived as multifunctional flexible surface rather than as a monofunctional "classical" theater program. This choice is determined by the observation that the offer of theaters in post-earthquake L'Aquila was allready generous.
