The paper – after a brief overview of the multilevel discipline on renewable energies sources (RES) at the EU, state and regional level – explores two profiles. The first concerns the concurrence of state and re- gional competences, with particular reference to the localization of the RES on the territory and to the discipline of the authorization procedure. The second instead concerns the integration - by secondary state sources - of the legislative parameter with the consequent limitation of regional legislative autonomy.

Abstract
The paper – after a brief overview of the multilevel discipline on renewable energies sources (RES) at the EU, state and regional level – explores two profiles. The first concerns the concurrence of state and re- gional competences, with particular reference to the localization of the RES on the territory and to the discipline of the authorization procedure. The second instead concerns the integration - by secondary state sources - of the legislative parameter with the consequent limitation of regional legislative autonomy.File in questo prodotto:
