The treatment of choice for palmar hyperhidrosis is surgery. Conservative treatment is often unsuccessful. The aim of our study is to purpose a novel surgical thoracoscopic technique for the treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis, called "Suture Hook Technique". Herein we report the first case of our technique.
