Il restauro architettonico e le sue le molteplici interpretazioni [Architectural Restoration and Its Various Interpretations]

This magazine issue hosts the seventh edition of the Domus International Prize for Restoration and Conservation Fassa Bortolo, which was dedicated to the works that were nominated and awarded in it. Regardless of the jury’s degree of acceptance, the projects nominated for the Prize represent a rather faithful cross-section of the various approaches to pre-existences; this leads to a series of general considerations on architectural restoration.

Questo numero della rivista ospita la settima edizione del Premio Internazionale Domus Restauro e Conservazione Fassa Bortolo dedicata alle opere realizzate. I progetti che si candidano al Premio, indipendentemente dal grado di accoglimento da parte della giuria, rappresentano uno spaccato piuttosto fedele dei diversi modi di approccio alle preesistenze che induce una serie di riflessioni di carattere generale sul restauro architettonico.
