TreeHugger, forme contemporanee nel tessuto urbano storico

TreeHugger by MoDusArchitects is the new building that houses the Tourist Information Office of Bressanone, characterized by flowing and eccentric shapes generated by references to the pre-existing architectures of the historical urban fabric and the centuries-old plane tree around which it develops. The new building, almost hovering from the ground, triggers new visual connections with the surrounding historical city, generating a new public space and becoming the new gateway to the city

TreeHugger di MoDusArchitects è il nuovo edificio che ospita l’Ufficio Informazioni Turistiche di Bressanone, caratterizzato da forme sinuose ed eccentriche generate da riferimenti alle preesistenze architettoniche del tessuto storico e dal platano secolare attorno a cui si sviluppa; il nuovo edificio, quasi librandosi da terra, innesca nuove connessioni visive con il tessuto storico circostante, tanto da generare un nuovo spazio pubblico e trasformarsi nel nuovo portale di ingresso per la città
