Una ricerca paziente. Giuseppe Rebecchini e una scuola di architettura

Giuseppe Rebecchini, in his almost 50 years of activity, has left some works, in particular settlements and university buildings as well as recovery and reuse interventions dedicated to the historical heritage. There is an impressive amount of studies he has developed for the aforementioned subjects, as well as a wide range of unrealized urban projects, with dimensional scales, thematic content, definition levels and methods of realization between them very different. The action that unites all these projects is a patient research underlying his hand drawings that tell of each theme and place addressed in particular the initial phase, that foundational moment where “rationality and creativity come together to give rise to an architectural idea of base that can be a matrix and a guide for the subsequent development” right down to the details of the work.
