In occasione delle Giornate del Restauro e del Patrimonio culturale che si sono svolte all'Università di Ferrara (28-30 marzo 2019), a sette anni dal terremoto che ha colpito l'Emilia, si fa un bilancio delle attività di ricostruzione, attraverso due convegni organizzati con il Ministero per i beni e le attività culturali e la Regione Emilia-Romagna.
