Hamartoma is the most common benign lesion of the lung, but endobronchial localisationis rare. Typically occurs between the fifth and seventh decade of life and in literature has never beendescribed in association with pregnancy. We report the case of a young woman in whom the tumor seems to have an increase of size after two pregnancies in the course of his life.
