Abstract
Beside being the first common law trained lawyer to explore our legal system, John Henry Merryman made one of the earliest move toward the successful development of a ‘Western legal culture’ discourse in comparative literature. The paper is an attempt to assess the scale of his contribution to the field of comparative law.File in questo prodotto:
