Abstract
The physico-chemical parameters of an immobilization procedure of a monoclonal antibody by covalent binding to a water-insoluble support were assessed with the aim to improve the yield. The immobilization was carried out in three different ways and the yields, evaluated by means of a radioactive tracer technique, were compared. Possible reaction mechanisms are proposed and discussed.File in questo prodotto:
