For the strategic environmental assessment of the Emilia-Romagna energy plan coaxial-arrays were used to estimate significant environmental effects. In addition to the qualitative assessment the coaxial-arrays are useful to select the alternative planning solutions, in a process of mathematical optimization and of Pareto optimal solutions search.
