Over the last decade, an increasing number of researchers have focused on integrating Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) into primary schools to enhance creativity, problem-solving skills, and learning outcomes across various subjects. This study examines research from 2015 to 2025 on STEAM in primary education. We utilized the Scopus database and standardresearch methods to review 136 papers, identify leading authors, determine top journals, and identify emerging topics. We found that STEAM research is growing, particularly in the areas of digital tools, inquiry-based and project-based learning, teacher training, and creativity in early math and science. The review also highlights gaps, such as the lack of long-term studies and cross-cultural research. By highlighting the current state of the field, this study enables educators, policymakers, and researchers to understand what has been accomplished, the challenges that remain, and the potential future directions for STEAM in primary schools.

Abstract
By highlighting the current state of the field, this study enables educators, policymakers, and researchers to understand what has been accomplished, the challenges that remain, and the potential future directions for STEAM in primary schools.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
