Toccare per conoscere: esperienze tattili per il Museo di Casa Romei

The temporary exhibition Across Your Senses at the Casa Romei Museum in Ferrara offered, through a multisensory approach, a new visiting experience not only to the general tourist but also to those who are already familiar with and frequent this monumental building and its cultural and artistic assets. This paper presents the installations and activities designed in relation to the sense of touch and aims to illustrate the outcomes of some experiments conducted also with students from then Architecture Studies Course.

La mostra temporanea Attraversa i tuoi sensi del Museo di Casa Romei di Ferrara ha proposto, attraverso un approccio multisensoriale, una nuova esperienza di visita non solo al generico turista, ma anche a coloro che già conoscono e frequentano questo edificio monumentale e i suoi beni. Il presente scritto descrive le installazioni e le attività ideate in relazione al senso del tatto, e si propone di illustrare gli esiti di alcune sperimentazioni condotte anche con gli studenti del Corso di Studi di Architettura.
