"Scenario di sequenze“SCENARIO DI SEQUENZE”. Roma, Via Appia Antica n. 39: l'archeologia come sguardo partecipativo alle trasformazioni della città ["Scenario of transitional frames". Rome, appian way 39: the archaeological practice as participative gaze on urban transformation]

'Scenario of transitional frames' is an innovative design for archaeological excavations to foster the perception of the Urban Reality in its transitional character and to show the archaeological practice not as merely conservative. Via Appia Antica 39 is a site claimed back by the community after being illegally occupied. The challenge of this work is to build and interweave collective memories and sense of belonging through the participation in the event of discovering a common past.
