Lavoro e ambiente nell'Antropocene. Le regole e la prospettiva

The preface introduces the topics of this issue of Lavoro e Diritto while recalling the elements of continuity with the first one of 2022, also dedicated to the Anthropocene. The authors point out the risk that the war between Russia and Ukraine and the resulting energy crisis could overshadow the policy of combatting the climate crisis. However, the same authors believe that this risk constitutes another reason to insist on the urgent need for a just transition, which can draw new strength from the reform that took place in February 2022 with the incorporation of environmental protection in the Constitution (articles 9 and 41 of the Constitution).
