The project developed in balance between two aspects: the first one is the compositional-morphological; the second one is the functional-pedagogical. Regarding the first aspect, we found ourselves in front of an environmental context surrounded by nature but located on a hilly slope with a significant declivity. The second aspect saw the collaboration with Reggio Children: an international center for the defense and promotion of boys and girls’ rights and potential. Thanks to the organization of participatory workshops, we conducted a specific and diversified needs analysis in relation to the multiple users involved in the project.

Abstract
The continuous evolution of research in the field of pedagogy is today barely followed by the provision of spaces designed on the basis of pedagogical methods. The age group of the so-called “zero-six years”, is essential for the education of the child, i.e. the neuronal abili¬ties, psycho-physical abilities and intelligence. School must become a moment of education and meeting, not only for children, but also for their parents, grandparents and the community. The paper aims to show the project of a school complex, including nursery school and kindergarten, located in Roncofreddo, in the Forlì hills. The methodological approach that followed the entire strategic-planning process was the Design for All: a method aimed at satisfying and including the greatest number of pleased and involved people. Thanks to the organization of participatory workshops, we conducted a specific and diversified needs analysis in relation to the multiple users involved in the project.I documenti in SFERA sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
