In this special issue the main topics related to “Wastewater and Reuse” are addressed concerning legal, technical, economical, social and environmental aspects and by discussing some experiences worldwide. The selected contributions report the main challenges the water sector is facing in the different parts of the world concerning the increasing demand of high quality water, the deterioration of natural sources, and the necessity to adopt advanced treatments for wastewater reclamation.
