On the basis of the analysis of three cases of gynocide (the systematic elimination of women), which are the subject of several judgments issued by some special International Tribunals and the International Criminal Court, the Author identifies some virtuous practices (aimed at protecting the victims) from which also National Courts could be inspired in order to implement the instruments provided by National and European Law.
