The earthquake that hit Emilia in 2012 severely put to the test a strongly structured system, characterized by a historic and architectural heritage of great value and by traditions of settlements, constructions and cultures representative of a significant relational dimension between population and territory. The development of innovative analysis methodologies, and project proposals elaborated after the seismic events, have guided not only the criteria of reconstruction, but also the willingness to implement a strategic regeneration based on a model of innovative, qualitative and shared development. In such context campaigns of integrated survey have been carried out in emergency situations, and have called for important reflections on the issues, objectives and methodologies of intervention.

Abstract
The earthquake that hit Emilia in 2012 severely put to the test a strongly structured system, characterized by a historic and architectural heritage of great value and by traditions of settlements, constructions and cultures representative of a significant relational dimension between population and territory. The development of innovative analysis methodologies, and project proposals elaborated after the seismic events, have guided not only the criteria of reconstruction, but also the willingness to implement a strategic regeneration based on a model of innovative, qualitative and shared development. In such context campaigns of integrated survey have been carried out in emergency situations, and have called for important reflections on the issues, objectives and methodologies of intervention.I documenti in SFERA sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
