Abstract—Since 2010 Lepida SpA has worked tirelessly with the aim of achieving a unified network. Starting from 2004, Lepida SpA was already connecting the whole public administrations of the Emilia-Romagna Region through different parts of network created in collaboration with several companies. This has led to a unified network, easier to manage and optimized to deliver more secure and performing connectivity to the final users. Network monitoring is essential in order to constantly improve the offered service. The analysis of the in-going and outgoing traffic from the autonomous system managed by Lepida SpA allows to evaluate new agreements or alternative solutions, starting from the actual use of the network.
