In order to answer to still open questions: can the total cross section of the fusion reactions be increased by polarized fuel? Is a better control on the ejectiles possible?, a project is under study and design in order to measure spin-dependent parameters useful to addressing polarized fusion. The project comes from the experience in polarized atomic beams and targets for nuclear physics in experiments related to collaborations at COSY (PAX - ANKE project) among INFN-Ferrara, IKP-J\"ulich and PNPI- St. Petersburg. The perspectives of it will be presented.
