National Research Center “Kurchatov" and the INFN- Ferrara will develop the experimental setup for the investigations of the nuclear fusion reactions of light elements with polarization of the initial particles. The Project is aimed to differential cross-section measurements for the D+D and D+3He reactions in vacuum (excluding the secondary scattering of the reaction products) at the energy in the range 10-100keV. The practical issue of this research may be examination of possibility to use polarized deuterons as the fuel for the thermonuclear power reactors.
