Most European suburban districts are characterized by low quality of the surrounding area that is generally poor in comparison to the today needs of the user. Absence of facilities for the inhabitants (in particularly for young and old peoples); abandon of the courtyard; no public services (e.g. health consultation point, banking and shopping, kindergarten, garbage collection, public transport) these are just some of the problems that torment the European cities. The condition above quoted is the result of a limited economic budget that was destined exclusively to the construction of the buildings leaving incomplete the rest of the project (public spaces, green areas, services, etc.).

Abstract
Most European suburban districts are characterized by low quality of the surrounding area that is generally poor in comparison to the today needs of the user. Absence of facilities for the inhabitants (in particularly for young and old peoples); abandon of the courtyard; no public services (e.g. health consultation point, banking and shopping, kindergarten, garbage collection, public transport) these are just some of the problems that torment the European cities. The condition above quoted is the result of a limited economic budget that was destined exclusively to the construction of the buildings leaving incomplete the rest of the project (public spaces, green areas, services, etc.).I documenti in SFERA sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
