Abstract
Due to the changes of social paradigms, the continuos "de-territorializzazione" (Innerarity, 2004) of the contemporary city compels to consider the role of the housing as a place of social sustainability. The remark on the way of living in a continously changing society drove the project toward the individualization of the stuctural system, which became able to garantee floor plan flexibility and great adaptability in the long term and , therefore, able to responds to different living needs. The design of living and service spaces, as places of relationship (such as loggias, balconies and corridors, green houses) enables the inhabitants to take possesion of the spaces. The floor plan solution without any structural and service distribution restrains (the structural cavedio represent the inplant spine) can take form depending on the needs of each inhabitant. Flexible and quiet dwellings able to garantee hygrothermal wellness both in winter and in summer time compose buildings in which balconies, bioclimatic greenhouses, winter gardens and private loggias generates light and sophisticated architectonic bodies. At the same time, different sun- shades system, create protected and cosy spaces, where the quality of living is due to the experience of the inhabitant. The aim of designing the space is the realization of sustainable buildings with high standard thermic and acustic performances on the one hand and estimate the correct costs of constructions on the other hand. The building certificated as A (performance certificate) are completly constructed through dry assembly mainly pre-worked at the production site. This helps in term of time scheduling and final results. The innovative use of timber and concrete as a construction system anable to design customized apartments in many different typology solution. The Easy Building System reach the goal of not consuming renewable resources useing low energy construction system and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.I documenti in SFERA sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
