Abstract
The performace of an integrated flood forecasting system, based upon the use of satellite derived rainfall maps and a distributed rainfall-runoff model, are analysed on the Reno river basin, in Italy. The spatialli varied rainfall forcing obtained through an IR technique and a raingauge network is provided as input to a spatially distributed model for a set of extreme hydro-meteorological events occurred in the last eight years.File in questo prodotto:
